Thursday May 21: RED NOSE DAY – creating a world free from poverty

We believe in a just world free from poverty and use the power of entertainment to create positive change in the world.

Red Nose Day is a campaign dedicated to raising money for children and young people living in poverty by simply having fun and making people laugh. The first RED NOSE DAY in the US will be held on May 21st, 2015.

Founded by Comic Relief in the UK in1988, Red Nose Day has become something of a British institution. It’s the day, every two years, when people across the land can get together and do something funny for money at home, school and work.

This year marks the first RED NOSE DAY in the US.  May 21st, 2015 - is the inaugural RED NOSE DAY for Americans across the country to come together for fun and raise funds and awareness. The day's events will culminate in a three-hour entertainment TV special on NBC featuring the country's favorite comedians, musicians and Hollywood stars—it's a show not to be missed!

Join in the fun & start planning how you can help support Red Nose Day in your community! It's so easy and the opportunities are endless. Check out our Fundraising page for ideas!

We’re committed to building a better future and highlighting the best of the best of us.

We're always looking for great places and great people to feature on this blog…
