"I am in constant awe of my little family docu-series. KRUSING AMERICA was a personal project and I am simply blown away by how well it has been received all over the world. It's inspiring that a feel-good series could have such a world-wide appeal. But I could not have done it without the help of my wonderful crew, my family and all the people that have rewarded those efforts at festivals like the Florida Movie Festival. Thank you again Brian, Tom and Nelson."

KRUSING AMERICA Official Selection & Screening at FLORIDA MOVIE FESTIVAL Daytona Beach, FL March 2016!

Dear Linda Kruse

Our judges have reviewed your work and are pleased to name KRUSING AMERICA as an official selection.

This year we had over 135 movies submitted from 34 countries around the world and 26 different states in the US. Our festival will take place in Daytona Beach this year at the historic Cinematique Theatre.

Thank you for sharing your creativity with us.
Hope to see you in Daytona Beach!

"Movies with passion" was our theme last year. Wow did you hit this on the mark. We grew from 8 countries to over 50 countries with many passionate topics.

One of our newer and very rewarding genre is Women. After attending a workshop on film for women, FMF heard their message. One of those messages: only 7% of women filmmakers are on the big screen. We want to help change that one independent film at a time. You are off to a great start, keep up the fabulous work. Last year with "NEW" genres in Women Directed/Produced and Documentaries reached beyond our expectations.

This year there will be only some small tweaking, but we are pleased to announce that we are including a category on "ADVENTURE - OUTDOORS". Please make this as successful as last year's Women and Documentaries.

FMF will not change it's core principles in expanding, but FMF wants to provide an expansion of topics at this venue for our filmmakers and viewers to take a journey of - learning, relating, laughing, and many other emotions while keeping a thread of moral fabric!"

Sincerely,
Brian Cline
