Seared Watermelon with Basil, Feta, and Balsamic

- Slice Watermelon into long strips (Approx. 2 inches wide and thick and 4 inches long)
- Place on hot grill - Sear front and back
- Top with sliced basil, crumbled feta cheese and drizzled balsamic vinegar
- Serve
